The contents of this bundle include a girdle of buffalo skin with many strands of twisted hair hanging off, a large wooden pipe inlaid with stone, a cimeter-shaped club of ash ornamented on one side with carved figures of the moon and the thunderbird, a stuffed Raven, a headdress of porcupine hair, a collar and anklets of jack rabbit skin, a bunch of four buffalo tails, a set of buffalo teeth, and more.

All of this paraphernalia is held and protected by a man named Packs Wolf a priest of the tribe. This photograph was hand colored and printed by Edward Curtis in 1909. It is now on display in our Aspen Art Gallery.
