Sponsors Valley Fine Art, The City of Aspen, Pitkin County, and Jaywalker Lodge proudly present a benefit for The Right Door: Help The Right Door continue its mission to provide assistance to residents of Pitkin County struggling with alcohol and drug addiction.



Reception at Valley Fine Art ~ 213 S. Mill St. ~ Friday, August 13th, 2010 from 5-9pm

Artworks available for Pre-View/Pre-purchase on our website, call gallery to arrange payment.  Pieces can be picked up at the reception or ing the days following the reception.



About the show:

~ Each individual is touch in some way or another by someone who suffers from substance abuse.

~ Mia Valley lost her brother to cirrhosis of the liver, due the substance abuse, on December 13th, 2002.

~ The reception for Small Miracles before Doug's death, symbolizing that individuals with substance abuse can be helped before it is too late.

~ The show will feature small works, symbolizing every little thing we do can help those who suffer from the ravages of alcoholism and drug addiction.

~ The show will include works by living and deceased artists, symbolizing life and death.

~ Substance abuse is a community issue and Small Miracles is a community event.  

~ Participating businesses will donate 10% of their sales for the day of Friday, August 13th.

~ Many artists represented in the show will be donating their work of art, with 100% of the proceeds going to The Right Door.

~ The artworks will be on view at Valley Fine Art for the entire day of August 13th ~ Gallery hours 11am-10pm

The Small Miracles reception will be at the gallery from 5-9pm.
