In this vast landscape the church stands out in the very middle with Mount Taylor softly present in the background. Along the right side of the church is a small cemetery and then a large adobe village. The landscape is rocky and harsh desert. This was taken by Edward Curtis in 1904 and now can be viewed in our Aspen Art Gallery.
